Kornerstone Stabilization Project (KSP) provides solutions to suit your individual situation.  Our dedicated team will work with you to find the best solution for your personal situation. KSP's goal is to assist you in becoming more financially sound by doing the following:

  • Free Preliminary Assessment: When the initial package has been completed and returned to your personal KSP representative, a thorough review and analysis of the information provided will determine the best options available to you through KSP.
  • Revocable Trust: People have been using Trust instruments since the dark ages to secure their financial stability and privacy. All clients of KSP are provided a with a Revocable Trust of the highest possiblequality. Individuals may utilize this Trust to protect their valued assets and may also direct the distribution of these assets to their family and heirs.
  • Credit Assessment: While working with KSP you will have the opportunity to meet with a credit counselor and learn how you can clean up and repair your credit history to qualify for a new home loan. You will be given tools, ideas and coaching to do this yourself or you can work with one of our affiliates to do this work for you. Whichever course you choose, you will be working toward strengthening your financial picture and ultimately secure a more sound economicfuture.
  • Lease Back Option: Lenders typically dictate the manner in which a property may be disposed. Insurance policies and Mortgage company structures complicate this process greatly. KSP will try to negotiate a reduced purchase price, and then market your home to investors for possible purchase with a subsequent leaseback option to the current homeowner. However, if the client does not desire to stay in their current home, cannot afford the leaseback program, or if the mortgage lender refuses to sell the home at a reasonable rate, this is not a feasible alternative.
  • Rent to Own: In America you are either a renter paying on a lease or an owner paying on a mortgage. However, in these troubling economic times
    many people have found that they do not qualify for mortgage financing. Foreclosures, Short Sales, Bankruptcy, Bad Credit, and many other credit history issues hinder a growing number of Americans from taking the traditional home ownership route. KSP has partnered with a number of
    investors to provide homes in many areas around the United States that may be rented with an option to purchase. Although this may not be the first option people choose in solving their housing needs, however, it is good to know that “Rent to Own” is a viable option to purchase a house with less than perfect or qualifying credit.
  • Litigation Lien: As you are aware, during the housing craze over the past ten years, there was a great amount of deception and fraud in the lending industry.  KSP has partnered with law firms around the United States to perform services on a lien basis.  This process is very simple.  The law firm places a lien on your home for the value of their legal services.  They then go after the lender for allowing or assisting the fraud against you.  A settlement is determined then the lender sells the home to KSP at a discount. In order to complete the short sale we will pay off the lien.  The house has been appraised at the current fair market value and you, as a KSP client, may lease the property back through our lease back program.
  • Bankruptcy Options: Though this is not always a subject that people want to discuss, it is sometimes a very sensiable solution to your financial situation.  We have partnered with several law firms to answer your questions and assist you in the process if this is the path you choose to follow. 
  • Loan Department: (Available Soon) As you move forward in your journey to financial stability, KSP will be able to assist you in looking for the best loans available when the time is right for you to execise your lease option or if you are in our rent to own program. We will have trained loan brokers available to answer your questions and help you with this, sometimes, confusing process.
